After working in an office cubicle for five years, I finally decided that it was time to convert my passion for ‘serving food' into my profession. I was born and raised in India, so cooking traditional Indian food is second nature to me. However, after cooking as a line cook at two different restaurants in San Jose, I was motivated to experiment with various recipes. Therefore, my food has an Indian fusion influence. Nutrition, variation, and delightful taste are things always on my mind whenever I plan a menu for family, friends, or my customers. I am so excited to share my food with you!
The chef really excels in Indian cuisine. We enjoyed the Baingan Bharta as well as the Cholle. Great food!
The food is very flavorful & fresh but the quantities are too tiny. Would be very happy if the quantity was reasonably more, All items we tried - we loved! Samosa, Spring Rolls, Kdhai Panneer, Tawa chicken!
